Our items are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are dissatisfied.
Only defective products are eligible for refunds.

Shipping Charges:
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash on delivery is available at an extra charge of Rs.50 while you checkout.

- NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SUNGLASSES.
Exchange Policy:
- We have no refund policy, only exchanges, if there is a size issue or if the product is damaged for.
- Exchanges available only for Apparel, Socks & Shoes incase of size issues.
To exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
- Email us at support@lillebarn.in to notify us that you would like to make an exchange. We will get back to you within 3-4 business days.
- Please Note- We charge an exchange fee of Rs.200 to arrange a reverse pickup of your order that you would like to exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Once we have accepted your return, We will send your exchanged size package to your address details.

Returned items without an exchange request will not be accepted.
- Please refer to our size charts carefully to avoid exchange hassles.
Damages and Issues:
- In the case of a damaged or lost product during transit or a wrong item, please let us know immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
- Unboxing Video is mandatory.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- No returns or exchanges on any of our accessories.
- The below list of items cannot be exchanged:
Accessories like - Teethers, Turbans, Hairbands, Food Feeders, Swaddles, Beret hats, Baby Chew Brush & Sunglasses (except in case of any damage).
- Cancellation of your order is not possible once it has been PLACED or SHIPPED.
- No Refund on Prepaid orders once the order has been placed.
